Benedict test gives result for monosaccharide and disaccharides so option (a) is not correct

Barfoed's test is used for detecting the presence of monosaccharide.the test result shows negative which means the carbohydrate is not monosaccharide . We can get the ans using these two but also using the other two results

Salwanoff's test is for disaccharides which shows positive result and iodine test is for Starch which is a polysaccharide and the test shows a negative result

So option (b) Disaccharides is correct .
