As shown by the equation in question, excessive alcohol intake will results into accumulation of NADH. NADH inhibits cori's cycle and gluconeogenesis in liver.This will leads to decreased concentration of glucose in plasma. Lactate to pyruvate conversion neads NAD+, in excess of NADH reaction is reversible. All the effects observable in body is due to accumulation of NADH, so last statement is wrong. High NADH promotes conversion of pyruvate to lactate(second statement is also wrong). In muscle glucose is utilized whereas it is synthesized in liver so first statement is also wrong.

Etanol can be converted into acetaldehyde using NAD+ so it competes with for NAD+

So the correct options are- the conversion of lactate to glucose in liver is inhibited. and ethanol metabolism competes for NAD+
