D. In blood - the RBC looks normal and there is no loss of morphology of the RBc it shows rounded apperance.

A. In the hypertonic solution - the normal morphology is lost the RBC become shrunken or crenated

B. In the isotonic solution - the morphology of RBC is maintained RBC appear round.

C. In the hypotonic solution - the morphology of RBC is lost and cells become swollen and alomgwith bursted cells can be seen.

( In the hypertonic solution there is a net movement of all the water from the RBC to the surrounding solution which causes shrinking of the cells. In the isotonic solution the net movement of water is maintained which helps in retaining the morphology of the cells. In the hypotonic solution there is net movement of water from the solution into the cell which causes the cell to swell up and eventually burst).
