About 9g of this drink mix powder would be required to make one cup of drink, would this provide your recommended daily allowance of vitamin C? If not, how many cups would you have to drink to get enough vitamin C?

Is it 9mg or 9 g?

I'll answer for both

No, 9mg would not provide your recommended daily dose of vitamin C.

For adults the recommended dose for men is 90mg and for females it's 75mg.

Therefore you will have to consume atleast minimum 8to 10 cups of the drink.

Now if it's 9g then it's toxic for the body because too high concentration can lead to dairrhoea.
