There are so many such incidents or legislations, but the most rememberable one is texas abortion law. Have you idea about that one?at that time which is struck down by supreme court.Even,abortion is a constitutional, as per the law restrictions on the pregnancy abortion hospitals. Even though abortion in early months is non surgical and is undoubtably safe. The law requires these clinics to make they should maintain facility like hospitals.

At that time this law haven't been supported by politicans of different incentives rather than taking decision based on science and techhnology
