aminoacyl synthetase is the enzyme which carries the reaction the binding of aminoacid to the tRNA. the tRNA which have aminoacid known as Charged tRNA other wise called aminoacyl tRNA..the process occurs in two steps. in the first step the aminoacyl-AMP is formed from the reaction between aminoacid and ATP and in next step this aminoacyl-AMP reacts with Adenine present on the 3' postion and covalently bound to the 3' CCA of tRNA forms aminoacyl tRNA. aminoacyl tRNA is specific it binds to the aminoacid which is complementary to the sequence of Codon on the mRNA.
