4) Education and communication
5) Participation and involvement
Results and positive feedback are ultimately best ways to determine the approach an effective manager uses with stakeholders.
Participation and involvement are the best way that stakeholders in our industry because participation and involvement are giving the best industry approach to introduce the change and making people much comfortable to adapt the change through the relationship and beliefs.
