IT is general for the employees of any organization to resist to change. This is because of the fear they might loose their position or the pressure of their job might increase etc., Strategies used to minimize these fears and their resistance to change are

1. explaining them the process and the reason of change and the benefits it will have on the organization and answering all their queries.

2. Implementing the change and ordering for a training session for the employees so that they do not have time to resist.

3. Offering incentives and pay hikes as a compensation for the change.

The most applied strategy is explaining and discussing the process and reason for change and making them involved in the process so that their fears vanish and they accept the change. This will remove any tensions between the employees and management permanently and is very healthy for the organization.
