There are a variety of leadership approaches that leaders use in organizations. Discuss one approach used in an organization you are familiar with. Describe the approach and comment on its effectiveness. Identify some common leadership traits and behaviors that result in effective leadership. Can any singular leadership approach result in organizational effectiveness? Explain your answer.

Leadership is a very important aspect from an organization's point of view today and it can be stated that the success and failure of an organization depends quite a lot on the leader because it is the leader who is actually involved in providing ideas that may be implemented in the organization for its business venture at present. The leadership approach that I have experienced as an employee in the organization is the participating way of leadership or the diplomatic way of leadership in which the leader actually motivates the employees and takes decision based on inputs and insights from individuals and team members in this case the leader is quite diplomatic and believes in a way that actually favor the employees and in this case the employees are given more importance than the leader itself. I have experienced such a leadership approach in my organization and I believe that this is the most effective leadership approach because in this case the leader values the employees based on which the employees tend to perform better for themselves and the organization itself.

There are other forms of leadership as well like the dominating approach, passive approach, etc. I believe that leadership is something that should be dynamic and based on situations because situational leadership is the most ideal form of leadership in which the leader can change their approach based on the demand of the situation and it is effective because it will work and there is no doubt. I believe that a singular leadership approach may not be that effective in an organization because the demand of the organization differ and leadership approach also differs based on the demand hence it is better to have series of different style and approach of leadership in the organization.
