Yes, my employer has an ethical policy. The moral system signifies that all the employees and customers should be provided equal value and respect irrespective of their socio-cultural, economic, and religious background.  

Yes, there are specific area polices in the organization that reflects absolute ethical values, even if there is not a particular ethics policy. Area policies are as follows:

• Valuing the need of target customers

• Maintaining an effective customer relationship management

• A steady employee relationship management

• Ensuring quality products and services to target customers

• Product cost-efficiency service cost-efficiency

• Respecting preferences of target customers

Ethical values of the company which this policy say are as follows:

• Moral maintenance of diversity
