• Valuing the need of target customers

• Maintaining an effective customer relationship management

• A steady employee relationship management

• Ensuring quality products and services to target customers

• Product cost-efficiency service cost-efficiency

• Respecting preferences of target customers

Ethical values of the company which this policy say are as follows:

• Moral maintenance of diversity

• Maintenance of a healthy relationship with target customers to value organizational ethics

• Valuing business integrity by ensuring corporate morale
