In order to maximize production of a human enzyme by E. coli during cloning, would you use an E.coli promoter or human promoter to synthesize the enzyme mRNA in E. coli cells? Briefly, why?

E.coli is a prokaryote and humans are eukaryotes, Eukaryotic promoter is different from the prokaryotic promoter, genes with a eukaryotic promoter cannot be expressed in prokaryotes, so to maximize production of a human enzyme by E. coli during cloning, the CDS ( coding sequence ) of the human gene has to be cloned under a prokaryotic promoter.

Prokaryotic promoter has Gilbert box and pribnow box in the promoter, eukaryotic promoter has TFIIB recognition element and TATA box.

since eukaryotic and prokaryotic promoters are different the maximize production of a human enzyme by E. coli during cloning, the gene has to be cloned under eukaryotic promoter.
