Why do you believe a significant proportion of potential perpetrators of workplace violence have in common low self-esteem?

Common low self-esteem is related to the unsatisfied people who are either not satisfied with their work, or they have financial burdens. It can be associated with the low skilled workforce too. So, the satisfaction either with work, money, family, society, firm, own etc. can be cause of low self- esteem. Every workforce has the limit to the resistance. The stress management is very difficult for the low self-esteem which causes the conflicts with the colleges, firm or head of team. It is same as they do not know what actually they need. Hence, the thinking ability would also reduce when the patience of these kind of people gone.

Violence comes when people does not know actually the constructive way of doing business or work. They look for the sudden change. Hence, I believe a significant proportion of potential perpetrators of workplace violence have in common low self-esteem.
