1) It has same oxidation state with same ligands but arrangements of ligands are different. This is mer-isomer. So it is isomer of A.

2) It has same arrangement fac-isomer as three F-atoms are in same side. So it is same as A.

3) It is also same as A(Fac-form).

4) This is isomer of A. Mer-form.
