Objectives:
Design T-pad and Pi-pad attenuators to provide a specified level of attenuation.
Model the design with Multisim and validate the specifications.
Design both T-pad and Pi-pad attenuators to provide an attenuation of 10 dB with impedance matching at both ends. The most common values are 50 Ω, 75 Ω, 125 Ω, 300 Ω, and 600 Ω. You will be assigned one of these values. Both the source and load resistances have that value. Use the internet and/or calculations to determine the three resistances (two values). Model the circuit and use Multisim DC Operating Point to validate the design. Complete the table below.

A location in the power system can be modeled by the circuit in Figure 1. The line is modeled as a resistor and the load is modeled by a series resistance and inductance. The systems details are as follows: vs(t) =Scos(628.32t + Bv.) V (Set the AC voltage source to output this voltage) RUINE 150 RLOAD 330 L 0.4H i(t) ect . + LINE ROAD vs(t) LOAD ВЈЕ...
Block-diagram-level amplifier design. In a certain application, an amplifier is needed to sense the open-circuit voltage of a source and force current to flow through a load. The source resistance and load resistance are variable. The current delivered to the load is to be nearly independent of both the source resistance and load resistance. What type of ideal amplifier is needed? If the source resistance varies from 1 k omega to 2k omega and this causes a 1% decrease in...
A. Calculate Vout for both circuits by hand and include your
calculations in your Pre-Lab
B. Build the circuits in LTSpice and attach a 10K ohm
termination resistor across Vout for
both the Thevenin and Norton Source circuits and simulate to
find the output voltages.
C. What is the formula for Vout as a function of Vsource,
Isource, Rload, Rs?
D. Calculate Vout by hand when there is no load resistance
(Rload = infinity) and again
with Rload = 5K....
Introduction The purpose of this project is to design, simulate, analyze, implement, and test a single-supply, multistage, transistor amplifier which fulfills a set of specifications. For this project, the pre-lab shall be treated as your formal design report and therefore must be much more detailed than usual (please see Evaluation heading on the next page of this document). The report shall be submitted to the TA by the deadline. The report is an individual assignment. Specifications • Power supply: +???...

positive power supply of the op-amp is connected to a 5V battery.
Again both switches are open.
(c) Given Sw1 is open, the amplifier is turned on for

the collector currents 1 (ICq1) = 1.5mA
the collector current 2 (ICq2) = 7.5 mA
output voltage swing= max
frequency response = 50- 20 khz
i must calculate the...
