Restriction enzymes are the enzymes which cut DNA at a specific location. They are also called as molecular scissors. They are widely used in recombinant DNA technology experiments. If we want to isolate a gene from the DNA of an organism, we cut the gene using specific restriction enzyme. And then the gene is inserted into a specific vector which is either cut with the same restriction enzyme which was used to cut the gene or it it is cut with an enzyme which will give compatible ends that can ligate with the cut ends of the genes.

This is the principle of this question. You have to check all the options one by one which are forming compatible ends with the the site of HindII.
