Select three to five professional relationships in your life, such as a manager, professor, classmate, or group member, and then identify one or two specific actions you can take in the next three months to strengthen each of those relationships. Next, explain in one paragraph how you have delivered excellent customer service sometime in your life, whether it was on the job, in school, or in your personal life. This will help you articulate your customer service skills in an interview.

To strenghten my relationship with my classmates, i would take action where i would be a good listener. I believe that listening is very important skill we need to have. If our classmate have any issue or problem then focus on first listening to them instead of coming up your own judgements and scenairos. Listening will help to improve my empathy with them.

To strengthen my relationship with my professor, I would focus on what they are trying to teach us. I will be active and attentive to their teaching. I will also ask them my doubts and questions so that my professor will know that i am taking interest in his teaching. I will go after class to clear my doubts and understand problems left in the class so that i can be a good student.

To strengthen my relationship with group member, I would focus on being a good team member who is open minded and not judge other members.I will try to create fun environment so that group members will not feel stress and do work with fun. .I will be respectful to group members and praise efforts of each member.This will improve our group cohesiveness.

I have delivered excellent customer service in my life on the part time job in which i focus on hearing what customer has to say. Listening to thier issue is the main part. If customer is frustrated with poor service then i handle the customer in positive and professional manner. I let him speak so that customer can get all things out. I did not stop them in between as it could look unprofessional and offend customer. Then i focus on how my knowledge and skill can solve thier problem. For example- customer was having a problem with thier new purchase computer antivirus setup so i listen what they have done and what issue they are facing then i solve thier issue that they need to put the code in the setting in the license area to activate the anti virus.
