OPTION A

NaN3 has more  N3- ion concentration [than weak acid HN3] and N3- ion is a strong nucleophile. In presence of polar aprotic solvent like dimethylsulfoxide , the reaction proceeds by SN2 giving the desired product.

Using NaNH2 or NH2NH2 or NH3 would not result in formation of azide ion required.
