Molecular clock evolutionist uses to investigate the rate of mutation of bio-molecules through evolution in different groups. By this method we can see the relationship among different phyla and also the evolution trend. Most primitive organisms are bacteria and eukaryotes evolved from prokaryotes. Human belongs to class mammalia and spiders belong to arthropods, lamprey belongs to chordates whereas earthworms are invertebrate (phylum Annelids) and salamanders are amphibians, they evolved from fishes and sea urchin belong to Echinodermata, evolved from phylum Mollusca. So, first three options are incorrect.

Sponges belong to phylum porifera and jellies belong to phylum Cnidaria (Coelentrata) and cnidarians are evolved from Poriferans, so highest similarity can be observed in this group as compared to rest of the groups. So, the correct option is "Sponges-jellies"
