The past 10 years have been marked by incredible progress and innovation.in 1998 cell phones were still a rarity .But now, with internet one can see and talk to the person in the other corner of the world.Now we can access to many things which makes our life so much easier.Before 10 years the use of internet was very rarely.But now it become a global means of communication.The internet is the source of large amount of knowledge. In the sense internet can change life.

Now our diet and food habits are changed.As a result of our new life style, many life style diseases are originated.The life style diseases include atherosclerosis,heart disease,stroke,obesity,diabetes etc.which are associated with smoking,alcohol and drug abuse.

Another important change is incerases our population rate.The increase in population leads to an increased demand for food,clothes shelter etc. Population growth is the increase in the number of people through birth rate and immigration rate within a specific population.

Another important change is the use of mobile phones.Now peoples are addicted by mobile phones and social media .Now peoples can't live without social media.

Technolgy increases our efficiency in various field . So we can perform various tasks in less time. That make our life more easier than last 10 years.
