1. Origin of replication (ORI)

These are the sequences on DNA from where replication of DNA starts. There is one ORI in prokayotes but eukaryotes have multiple ORI.

2. Origin of replication

These sequences are absent at the tips of chromosomes (telomeres) thats why, they require telomerase enzyme for their replication.
