Carboxypeptidase

Salivary amylase and pancreatic amylase are present in mouth and pancreas respectively. They digest polysaccharides and oligosaccharides into monosaccharides.

Lactase digests lactose into galactose and glucose.

Maltase digests maltose into two molecules of glucose.

Carboxypeptidase digest proteins into amino acids by cleaving them at carboxy terminal.
