1.mRNA sequence is same as that of DNA template strand.

3.Protein synthesis process requires expenditure of energy.

4.The gene must unwind before mRNA can be synthesized.

since they are joined together by peptide bonds(covalent bond) to form polypeptide chain and carried to ribosomes where protein synthesis occur.
