Draw new strand based on following template. Remember origin of replication is where DNA synthesis starts and there are two replication forks. Indicate which strand is leading and lagging strand.

The strand which is formed without the interruption is the leading strand and the strand which is formed from the okazaki fragments is the lagging strand.
These leading and the lagging strands are formed in the 5' to 3' direction.
The DNA polymerase iii elongates both the leading and the lagging strands. The RNA primase makes the primer. And the single stranded dna binding proteins makes the templates available for DNA polymerase iii and the RNA primase.
