Lymphocytes are produced by bone marrow and migrates to thymus.

Bone marrow and thymus are the central lymphocyte organs .these are primary lymphocytes.

From the primary Lymphocytes organs Lymphocytes travel to the secondary organs such as spleen and lymph nodes via blood stream

First encountered antigen occurs in central lymphocyte organs such as thymus and bone marrow.

In some cases T -cells are first encountered antigen in deeper cortex which are is the outer part of lymph nodes

You inject a mouse with a protein antigen X. This is the first time the mouse has been exposed to X. In the course of clearing X from their body the mouse will launch an immune response to antigen X. Over the course of the immune response antigen X will encounter naïve, effector and memory lymphocytes (B- and T-cells).  There are distinct differences between the function and role of each type (naïve, effector and memory). Differentiate between naïve, effector and memory...

    2. In the first week of class, we encountered the following formula: where c is the specific heat of the substance. Now that we know a little more, we may see that the formula is ambiguous, since no particular process by which the temperature increases is specified. Let us explore this point a bit more carefully. a) Assum curves ("isotherms"). After determining which isotherm represents the lower temperature, label the colder isotherm temperature Ti and the warmer one T2. Thus,...
