The terminal electron acceptor is not oxygen as in the case of aerobic respiration, the bacteria is an anaerobe. The terminal electron acceptor may be any organic molecule like DMSO or an inorganic molecule like nitrate.

So option 2 (chemoheterotroph: anaerobic bacterium) is correct.
