Answer:

Golgi tendon reflex also called as inverse stretch reflex.It regulates muscle force to protect the muscle from high tension when it is relaxed suddenly.	Universal withdrawal reflex which is spinal reflex ,where it protects the body from damaging of stimuli.
It acts on the muscle's motoneurons making it to relax and protect if from tension.	It is polysynaptic where signals travel through primary sensory neurons and enters the spinal cord.From there interneurons activated and action is exhibited.
The tendon reflex acts on the contraction of relaxation of a muscle by controllind it.	Withdrawal reflex protects the body by giving signals which leads to immediate response.
The tendon reflex prevents damage to muscle fibres.It gives an inhibitory effect on the muscle when tension is extreme,so it experiences relaxation than excitation.	Here the central nervous system is involved because sensory neuron communicates through spinal cord and stimuli is generated and it leads to immediate response.
Ex:when a person lifts heavy weight,when the tension on the muscle is high,it makes him to drop.thus it protects muscle fibres.	Ex:when a person touches a hot object,he withdraws suddenly,here withdrawal reflex helps him by giving signals through neurons and response seen immediately.
