A) Negative frequency dependent selection may the most powerful selective force to main natural polymorphism.It has the potential to maintain polymorphism with in population because relatively rare variants have selective advantage over more common variants and thus tend to increse in frequency and avoid local extinction.Hetrozygote advantage selection os not considered as a stable measure to maintain polymorphism.

B)Negative frequency dependent slection is the most applicable method in case of bacteria and hetrozygous advantage selection is not applicable for bacteria
