The hydrostatic pressure of the blood drives  plasma at the arteriolar ends of capillaries into tissues. hydrostatic pressure is the presuure inserted by blood in the capillary walls as the flow.

once out of the blood capillary the fluid is called  interstitial fluid. blood plasma leaks out into the tissues throgh capillaries, and this fluid is drained into the lymphatic system.

oncotic pressure at the venous end of blood capillary oncotic pressure allows the plasma to reenter blood stream. oncotic pressure is a form of osmotic pressure exerted by proteins in the blood plasma that usually tends to pull water into the circulatory system.this helps water molecules to get back into the circulatory system within the lower venous pressure end of capillaries.

  lymphatic capillaries collect excess fluid that is left behind in the tissue.

once the has entered in to the lymph system it is called as lymph. it plays a major role in our immunity.
