Answer #1

Answer 1 -No,Henneguya salminicola do not have genes for aerobic respiration. It did not include mitochondrial genome. 2)It is assumed that it may draw energy for respiration from the surrounding fish cells,as it found inside the saloman fish.Or it may have oxygen free breathing like anaerobic non animal organisms.Though it is not cleared or proven how this parasite respires. 3)It is assumed that in the process of evolution, the organisms became complex .But in case of this parasite it has shed unnecessary aerobic respiration genes and became simple and opposite to the evolutionary trend.
