Option A seems to be the right answer for this.

The reason is that RhoA factor is necessary for cell rounding , rigidity & retraction. It acts on the microtubule network of the cell, particularly actin , to give proper shape to the cells & arrange the internal spindle apparatus.

Ultimately it concentrates the fibres along the brittle area ,known as the cleavage furrow. It is at this place where the cell gets divided into two (cytokinesis).

When we introduce the drug inhibiting RhoA activity in the medium, cytokinesis can't occur & the cells stay in telophase
