Different shapes of bacteria are -

Coccus - spherical

Bacillus - rod shaped

Vibrio - coma shapes

Spirillum - spiral

Motile Bacteria is the one which has flagella and is able to move from one location to another. So if it is present in a test tube, it will be able to move inside the test tube and will spread uniformly inside the it.

Non motile Bacteria is the one which does not have Zilla and cannot move from one location to another. So it will be restricted at one location in the test tube.
