1. In the above image, lines in the middle of mitochondria represent, the inner membrane of the mitochondria which is folded many times and known as cristae. The folded area provide more surface area and thus provide more surface area for cellular respiration.

2. Between, NAD and NADH, NAD is oxidized form and NADH is reduced form. This is because NAD have no hydrogen and less electron whereas NADH have more electron and charged hydrogen.
