For question number 9, the correct option should be 1st. In normal electron transport chain, NADH is converted to NAD and ADP is converted to ATP. Therefore, concentration of NADH and ADP should decrease and that of NAD and ATP should increase. But the results are opposite in this case. Therefore the compound is likely to be inhibiting the electron transport chain

In question number 10, answer should be glycolysis because in glycolysis, glucose is metabolized to pyruvic acid as a result of which it's concentration decreases. ATP and NADH is also form during pay off phase, thereby increasing their concentratin.
