Answer #1

A. The first product formed during photosynthesis is 3PGA ie 3 Phosphoglycerate.

B. CO2  is removed from atmosphere during process of photosynthesis.

C. Splitting of water takes place in the presence of light, this phenomenon is called photolysis of water and it takesplace in lumen of thylakoid. It is associated with non cyclic transfer of electron during light reaction.

D. The fixation of CO2 into carbohydrate occurs during Calvin cycle.

E. CO2  enters the leaf through structure called STOMATA.

F.  The use of light energy for ATP formation occurs indirectly: a proton gradient and electrical charge—built up in or across the lamellae as a consequence of electron flow in the light reactions—provide the energy to drive the synthesis of ATP from ADP and Pi. The process is called Chemiosmosis.
