(a). An organ in a broad sense is a compact structure of both cells and tissues. Cells of any organ are considered to be its basic structural and functional unit whereas tissue is the aggregation of similar type of cells. Hence, an organ can consists of different cell types to form tissues in order to make a specific functioning.

(b). True, different organs make up an organ system.

(a) Homeostasis - the ability of an organism to maintain internal stability or internal environment despite fluctuating environmental condition outside.

(b) Vasoconstriction - narrowing of blood vessels due to contraction of it's muscular wall. Mainly found in arteries and arterioles.

(c) Vasodilation - widening of blood vessels due to relaxation of its muscular wall. Found both in arteries and veins.

(d) Hypothalamus - a small part of brain found near the pituitary gland. It controls body temperature, circadian rhythm, hunger , sleep, etc.

(e) Feedback loop - a biological phenomenon in which the output of a system either amplifies the system for positive feedback or inhibits the system for negative feedback. It helps in maintaining of homeostasis.
