A reciprocal translocated chromosome means in which during meiosis a part of the chromosomes going through the process gets detached and the broken pieces gets exchanged according to the position while getting attached to the chromosomes. Therefore the produced haploid can have some deficiencies in their genetic material.

The correct answer is option D where there is loss of large no of dominant alleles will result in a deficient genetic material.

Whenever cross over takes place there are 50% chances of formation of recombinant gametes

The adjacent -1 segregation in meiosis causes this type of unbalanced gametes.
