Answer #1

Answer for the question is:

A- 54 (This is the well that has antigen, primary anibody and same no of enzyme substrate anti-antibody as of bound primary antibody antigen.)

B-55 (well where only antigen is bound to the wall of well i.e. initial step in ELISA)

C-51 (this is because it has some unbound antigen antibdy without substrate anti-antigen showing substrate anti-antien is just added)

D-52 (in this well antigen is bound to wells along with nonapecific proteind bound to well and also only primary antibody is bound to substrate.)

E-53 (in this well antigens are bound to walls of well along with non specific proteins occuping the remaining side walls showing non-specific protein is added.)
