Answer #1

False

Histone proteins are highly conserved molecules across eukaryotes. These proteins are associated with DNA and help in the extensive Packaging of DNA inside the nucleus.

There are five types of histone proteins, H1, H2A, H2B, H3 and H4.

Two molecules each of H2A and H2B histone proteins form a tetramer.

Two molecules each of H3 and H4 histone proteins form a tetramer.

Both these tetramers associate with each other to form histone octamer which is the core histone protein molecule. DNA wraps 147 bases around this core histone protein. This is also called as nucleosome.

Two nucleosomes are connected to each other by linker histone protein which is the H1 histone.
