Answer #1

Illumina dye sequence is used to calculate the group of base pairs in the DNA. This method is also known as DNA sequencing. This method is used for whole genome sequencing and as well as the region sequencing.

NovaSeq is a ground breaking discovery that objective is our proven technology.

Advantage :  The immense stability and rang of application for the NovaSeq allow for effecient sequencing of whole animal , plant and human genome, whole exomes an large whole transcriptiome project at lowest per sample cost compair to the other illumina instruments.

Disadvantage : It is highly cost effective to the other illumina instruments ( NovaSeq 5000 and 6000 cost nearly $ 850000 and $ 985000 .

Pacific Biosciences : It is develops and manufactures system for gene sequencing and some novel real time biological observation. It is used for single molecule real time sequencing (SMRT), based on the properties of zero-mode waveguides.

Advantage : It has advantages like long read lengths, high consensus accuracy,a low degree of bias ,and simultaneous capability of epigenetic characterisation.

Disadvantage : Higher sequencing error rate .

The major problems is that the flow cell is not as high throughput when compared to the illumina sequence .

Oxford nanopore seq : It passes an ionic current through nanopores and measures the changes in current as biological molecules pass through the nanopores or near it .This information about change in voltage can be used to identify the molecule type .

Advantage : It is cheaper process as it requires minimal chemicals or enzymes than others.

Disadvantage : It has sequencing errors and can be as high as 15%. If sequencing large amounts of sample then the error rate can be tolerate by multiple copies of the same sequence which allow the user to recognise and eleminate mistakes or errors .

Read the following abstract: "The advent of high-throughput sequencing led to breakthroughs in microbiome analysis and to an explosion of bacterial genomes being released in public repositories. However, many microbiotas cannot be cultured in the lab without introducing drastic changes in the underlying bacterial communities and the distribution of genomes present in online repositories is heavily skewed towards organisms that are amenable to culturing. Those that cannot (or should not in the case of dangerous pathogens) be cultured are often...

Case 3: Recruiting CASE THREE: RECRUITING Case Objectives Recruiting is the first stage in which organizational plans for staffing come into contact with the labor market for employees. Before making any new recruiting effort, an organization needs to carefully consider the methods available and balance out the costs of each method with the organization’s needs. The recruiting case provides an opportunity to see how staffing managers develop plans for recruiting efforts. You will develop a recruiting strategy and a recruiting...
