Correct answer is metaphase II because during this stage chromosomes get align at the equator of a haploid cell.

Reason- Meiosis 1 starts with diploid parents and ends in haploid sister chromatids where as meiosis 2 starts with haploid cells and ends in four identical sister chromatids.

During metaphase1 which is a part of meiosis 1 the homologous chromosomes arrange in a straight line or align on the equatorial plate.

And option 1 metaphase is a part of mitosis which is an equational division which occur in somatic cells.
