  1. The blood–thymus barrier regulates exchange of molecules between the thymus and circulatory system and it providing an environment for immature T cells to develop. The blood–thymus barrier also prevents the immature T cells from contacting foreign antigens. It constitutes of epithelial reticular cells, their basal laminae, and endothelial cells joined by tight junctions.
  2. Spleen organs filters blood in human body. It filters dead red blood cells and purify blood circulation.
