Ans : Let's take a look at each option one by one: In option a) liverworts does not have xylem and phloem i.e they are non-vascular plants so option a) will be incorrect. In option b) club mosses reproduce using spores, not seeds and have no flower so option b is also incorrect because one of the plant is missing the given characterstics. In option c) which is ticked by the user cycads are gymnosperms that menas they have naked seeds and hence they do not bear flower as well as fruit so option c is also incorrect and so is the last option because three of these options are not fulfilling the requirements. Now coming to option d) monocots and eudicots are a part of angiosperm which means that they are the most advanced plants and they have enclosed seeds that means they bear both fruit as well as flower and they also contains vascular tissues i.e xylem and phloem. So among all the options given above option d) is correct as it fulfill all the required characterstics.
