Cell respiration is a process where the food molecules are converted into chemical energy.

Reaction is as follows :

Glucose+O2 = carbon dioxide and water + ATP

During these the energy released.

Four stages of cell respiration are 1. Glycolysis 2. Link reaction 3. TCA cycle 4.krebs cycle.

During glycolysis the reactant is glucose converts into two molecules of pyruvic acid.

Link reaction = pyruvic acid converts into = acetly coA and CO2.

TCA cycle: acetyl coA = 6 NADH + 2 ATP +4 CO2+ 2 FADH2.

ETC: all the reactants from above like NADH and FADH = ATP + water. Where glucose is primary involved in first step the later products water and CO2 and ATP is formed as products .

During this process Oxidative phosphorylation occurs. Where this a process usage of oxygen and enzymes for the production of ATP.

38 ATP is produced at the end of cellular respiration.
