an F pilus is produced by the male cell contacts and binds to the cell wall of the female cell. The pilus retracts and draws. F pilus us a hollow tubular outgrowth. & stands for patility. Bacteria cant show sexcull reproduction. But, they mimic sexwhich is an attaches inbath outgrowth from the (Ft) male body and to the (F-) semale bacteria.
