There are four fat soluble vitamins . They are vitamin A , vitamin D , vitamin E and vitamin K.

The water soluble vitamins are broadly classified into two groups viz vitamin B complex and vitamin non B complex. While vitamin non B complex includes vitamin C , the vitamin B complex includes vitamin B1 , vitamin B2 , vitamin B3 and vitamin B6 (energy releasing) and also Folic acid and vitamin B12 (hematopoietic)

Vitamin A - can be sourced from liver, fish liver oil and butter.

vitamin D - also called sunshine vitamin , vitamin D (calciferol) comes in two main dietary forms :

i) vitamin D2 (ergocalciferol) ii) vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol)

vitamin E - Vitamin E is a group of powerful antioxidants, sourced from vegetable oils, nuts and seeds.

vitamin K - Two types vitamin K1 & vitamin K2. Vitamin K1 is abundanly found in many leafy green vegetables, while vitamin K2 is found in low amounts in animal-sourced foods and fermented soy foods.

vitamin B1 - sourced from unpolished rice , cereals and whole wheat bread

vitamin B2 - sourced from all types of food

vitamin B3 -sourced from cereals nuts , milk , meat , fish

vitamin B6 - sourced from meat , fish , poultry food , non citrus fruits , potato etc

vitamin C - sourced from citrus fruits like orage , lemon etc

Folic acid - sourced from green leafy vegetables

vitamin B12 - meat and meat products

vitamin A Vision maintenance,Immune function,Body growth , Hair growth , Reproductive function Dry eyes , Blindness , Hair loss etc
vitamin D Bone maintenance , Immune system regulation soft bones, weak muscles
vitamin E acts as an  antioxidant , preventing oxidative stress muscle weakness, walking difficulties, tremors, vision problems, poor immune function and numbness
vitamin K Vitamin K plays a key role in blood clotting unstoppable bleeding
vitamin B1 Involved in energy releasing reaction of carbohydrate mechanism Loss of Appetite , Tingling Sensation in Arms and Legs, fatigue
vitamin B2 maintaining energy supply of the body Weakness ,Dermatitis , Anaemia , Blurred vision and itching, watering, sore, or bloodshot eyes etc
vitamin B3 helps the body to convert food into glucose headache , apathy , depression , disorientation , fatigue etc
vitamin B6 key role in producing serotonin and norepinephrine

Cracked and Sore Lips , Glossy Tongue , Mood swings , Weakened Immune Function ,Tiredness and low energy ,tingling and pain in hands and feet Seizures.

vitamin C necessary for growth and development , also repair of all body tissues Painful, Swollen Joints , Slowly Healing Wounds , Easy Bruising ,Rough Skin etc
Folic acid produce as well as maintain new body cells persistent fatigue , weakness , lethargy etc
vitamin B12 Helps in the process of making DNA in cells and also helps in maintaining nerve and blood cells and keeping them healthy Heart palpitations and shortness of breath , Nerve problems like numbness or tingling, muscle weakness, and problems walking ,Constipation, diarrhea, loss of appetite , pale skin etc

Toxicities due to high consumption of some vitamins

Vitamin Toxic effect
Vitamin A hypervitaminosis A which causes  headache, irritability,fatigue, stomach pain, lack of appetite, vomiting, blurred vision, skin problems , joint pain and inflammation in the mouth and eyes.
Vitamin D hypercalcemia ( excess amount of calcium in blood)
Vitamin E blood thinning effects causing excessive bleeding
Vitamin K not precisely known
