RNA interference mechanism

double stranded RNA bind to protein dicer which cleaves dsRNA into small fragments. one of RNA strands is loaded into RISC complex and links the complex to mRNA strand by base pairing mRNA cleaved  and destroyed. No protein can be synthesized.
