Thus, the reaction is easy to visualize Trypsin actinity when BAPNA is used by obsessing for yellow colour change. Thus, BARNA which is the substrate, when the substrate concentation increases the reaction rate also increases because there ma are more substrates to which the enzymes can bind Thus, the reaction rate reaches a maximum and thus, asymptotes because the enzyme is a saturated and becomes a limitina factor f their are no more arailable free ennymes to which the substrates can bind so as to form the product.
