we can tell it throgh certain examples ..

1.the recent study of relationship between the human and chimpanzee .to check the ancestral similarity and differences is an example.in this the comparison of complete genome sequence of chimpanzee is done with the nucleotide sequence of man which makes it to know the differences between species.

2.the african origin of man is also an evidence of this.although fossils have provide us some prints but now genetics and new data are providing fresh prespective.

    2. A dominant allele H reduces the number of body bristles that Drosophila flies have, giving rise to a “hairless” phenotype. In the homozygous condition, H is lethal. An independently assorting dominant allele S has no effect on bristle number except in the presence of H, in which case a single dose of S suppresses the hairless phenotype, thus restoring the "hairy" phenotype. However, S also is lethal in the homozygous (S/S) condition. What ratio of hairy to hairless flies...
