The lymphocytes is a main and chief cells of immune system .The lymphocyte T-Lymphocyte and B-Lymphocyte both lymphocyte are produced from stem cells in bone marrow by process of Haematopoiesis. Then differentiating cells from the stem cells, from the immature lymphocytes and destined to become thymocytes ,migrate via blood to the thymus .

They mature Lymphocyte circulate in the body fluids and many of them reside in the lymphoid organ eg :Lymph node, spleen. Sensitised both two lymphocytes again undergo process of division and T lymphocyte produce a specific clone of T cell with the immune functions.B lymphocyte produce produce plasma cells and Clone of T lymphocyte play major role in cell mediated immunity . Eg Helper T cells,Killer T cells ,suppressor T Cells, Memory T cells etc.

The specialized cells such as monocytes/Macrophages and dendritic cells .monocyte as blood macrophage and histocytes as tissue Macrophages and it derived from bone marrow for immune stimulation.
