1)In bacteria, Translation occurs in the cytoplasm.

Translation steps: - Activation of AA\rightarrowt-RNA charging\rightarrowInitiation of Polypeptide chain\rightarrowElongation of Polypeptide chain\rightarrowChain termination step.

2) In Prokaryote Ribosomal have the 70s and 70s divided into two units 50unitsrge unit and 30s small unit

- The 50s have 5s and 23s but 30s only one 16s- RNA.

- t-RNA and m- RNA joints with simultaneously Large and small unit.

3) Elongation of Polypeptide chain: - t- RNA unloaded from P-site and attached with peptide A-site.

- A-site tRNA shift to P-site so A-site is free. That's why Ribosome moves 5' to 3'.

4,5) Chain termination step: - when A-site comes with nonsense codon(UAA, UAG) then translate will stop.

- Bond of tRNA and Polypeptide chain broke by RF1, RF2, RF3, and GTP. That's why protein chain removes Ribosome.

6) t-RNA is folded. Due to folded Nitrogen base comes to opposite side and makes Hydrogen bond. But some places don't have H-bond known as a loop. One is DHU loop also known as aminoacyl synthetase regeneration loop. It's special enzyme activate Amino acid and attach with 3' site of tRNA.

7) Initiation of Polypeptide chain: -

30s subunit + mRNA with the help of IF3 and mg+2\rightarrow30s mRNA complex.
